¶ Terms

The fine print, set large.

These terms cover how amino.codes works, what you can do with the studio, what you own and what we promise.

§ 01Terms

Using the studio

You may use amino.codes to create QR codes for personal, commercial and client work. You're responsible for the content you encode and where you display it.

§ 02Terms

Your account

Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud or activity that endangers other users.

§ 03Terms

What you own

Your payloads, plate names and exported PNG/SVG files are yours. We don't claim rights over them. You grant us only what's needed to render, store and serve them back to you.

§ 04Terms

What we own

The amino.codes brand, site design, code and editor remain ours. The studio is licensed to you for use, not transferred.

§ 05Terms

Acceptable use

Don't use amino.codes to encode malware, phishing pages, content that violates the rights of others or anything illegal where you operate. We may remove offending plates and revoke dynamic links without notice.

§ 06Terms

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

§ 07Terms

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

§ 08Terms
